This is my "Modern Victorian Dress". A brand new dress I created in Gimp 2 for your female vRoid models. It is comprised of a few different parts, it is not all one piece, but it was designed to look like one piece. The top part (coat) and the bottom skirt part are two different pieces. Also included are these new high heel shoes designed with the dress. I wasn't sure how this design would come out together since it was a bit of a mish-mash, but I'm surprised it came out this well! :) Well, enjoy the dress! FREE!!!! :)
